It is that time of year again and we hope all of you get to spend it with with close friends and family.
In light of the holidays please see below for special production availability:
Nov. 23 – Nov. 25 – Production will be postponed resuming normal operating hours on Nov. 28.
Dec. 22 – Dec. 23 – Production will be postponed resuming normal operating hours on Dec. 27.
We will be available for priority support instances during this time as well as sales and product request.

Holiday Production & Technical Support Availability

We hope everyone has a nice holiday and new year! Below is our production and support availability through the holidays:
Dec. 21 – Dec. 24 – Production will be postponed resuming normal operating hours on Dec. 27. We will be availble for priority support instances during this time as well as sales and product request.
At the start of the new year we will have upgraded our support, billing, and product platform in full and are extremely excited to make the switch for 2011.

We have received loads of excellent feedback from current NetBill users and really appreciate all of your thoughts and ideas regarding the active development of the system. With this said, we want your feedback on additional features to improve the system. Also, if you are still exploring NetBill v1.2 and not yet a user, we want to hear your thoughts and questions as well.
Please send your questions, feedback, improvement ideas, feature ideas, etc as we are eager to address your requirements for the next upgrade/release of NetBill.

Light Weight FAQ Script Using CSS & Javascript

Today we will provide a simple, light weight FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) script for download based on CSS and Javascript.
In short, there are many excellent methods to accomplish show/hide functionality, some methods using jQuery, MooTools and other frameworks, though to keep it short and sweet we will obtain our functionality using a few lines of CSS and Javascript.
Customizing the interface for this FAQ script is simple, download the source package and by editing the “index.html” and “global.css” files you will have the ability to add question slots and modify styles to fit your website.
